It’s no secret – we are all home! Adjusting to the new work-from-home life has had its fair share of challenges with one of them being: developing a strong fitness routine. It can be extremely difficult to get excited about working out when all you want to do is eat everything & binge watch every show ever (okay but can we talk about the ending of Bridgerton?!). While laziness is at all time high there is hope my friends.
The silver living in all of this craziness is that there has been so many incredible companies that are offering free trials, discounted classes & more! So its actually a great time to explore some new instructors and get out of that funk. Personally, I never regret a good workout & it always improves my mental health.
