I love brunching & especially in NYC: the food capital of the world. Here are some of my favorite places to eat that you should check out!
Jack’s Wife Freda One of the most iconic places to brunch is Jack’s Wife Freda (just search brunch on Pinterest & it will for sure come up). The atmosphere is super friendly and it has that “neighborhood diner” vibe; almost like a mom & pop shop. The food is to die for and the aesthetic is perfect for those food bloggers (as seen above).
Sant Ambroeus A celeb hot spot (ran into Jake Gyllenhaal while I was here). This super chic Italian restaurant and coffee shop is one of my favorite places to meet with friends. The food is incredible and their cocktail list is even better. Their two locations in New York are in the West Village and Madison Avenue. Be sure to check it out!
Nomo Soho If you follow me on Instagram you would know that the Nomo Soho Kitchen Restaurant is one of my absolute favorite places to dine. The ambiance is breathtaking as they have these stunning chandeliers across the whole ceiling with green plants everywhere; basically a magical secret garden. Many celebrities have dined here and there is no secret as to why. The food is incredible also (I love their pancakes). P.S. You have to sneak a picture under their famous arch (you’ll know what I am talking about when you go there).
Ladurée Soho Whenever I want a little escape from reality I take a trip to my favorite Parisian restaurant: Ladurée Soho. They have the most incredible interior decor and a stunning outdoor patio in the back. I like coming to this restaurant with a group of friends because of how the tables are set for larger parties. Be sure to check it out…also macaroons!
The Crosby Street Hotel The Afternoon Tea at the Crosby Street Hotel is one of my absolute favorite places to meet up with friends for brunch; the drawing room itself is stunning as it has Victorian inspired furniture. Also, they have a whole menu that offers a large selection of teas. Basically the menu is set up so that you pick your tea style, and then, along with your tea, you receive a tower of finger food! Super cute. Who said you need to go to London to have teatime?
by Chloe I never thought in a million years I would love vegan food until I went to by Chloe; founded by award winning chef, Chloe Coscarelli. This vegan restaurant is growing in popularity because of how healthy and amazing the food is (I had a vegan taco salad when I went there and it was incredible!) I also love when restaurants venture out and don’t stick to the status quo. So go try something new and who knows you may surprise yourself.
The Standard Grill I love coming to this restaurant for brunch, lunch and even dinner! The food is all organic & absolutely delicious. Farm fresh vibes. Plus it is located in the heart of the Meatpacking district which is one of my absolute favorite areas.
The Butcher’s Daughter Another incredible vegan inspired restaurant. The Butcher’s Daughter offers delicious food that is good for you; yes its all organic! I also love the healthy juices on their menu! This is one of my favorite places to go to after the gym because I don’t feel so guilty about what I am eating! Plus, the restaurant has such a relaxed setting with large windows to allow sunlight in. Basically brunch heaven.
Russ & Daughter’s Cafe Do you love lox on a bagel with cream cheese? Or do you crave good bagels in the morning? Well the perfect place to go to is the Jewish Restaurant: Russ & Daughter’s Cafe. I’m half Jewish (yes, Jewish is also an ethnicity), so I am obsessed; however, I think anyone who craves a good breakfast would love it just as much! Be sure to check it out; I don’t think you will be disappointed!
