Daily Vitamins

The truth is that beauty starts from within.  Many people don’t realize that taking care of your health will actually help improve your physical appearance in more ways in than one! So if you want better skin, longer hair and more energy I suggest you start taking these vitamins. 

Here are a list of the vitamins that I take daily. 

Women’s Multivitamin A good multivitamin is so important for women to take, especially young women whose bodies are developing. First of all, a multivitamin ensures that your body gets all of the daily vitamins and minerals it needs. Second, there are so many benefits to taking a multivitamin such as healthy aging and boosting immunity. You should take 1 multivitamin a day. 

Biotin Say hello to miracle in a bottle. Seriously, biotin has worked wonders for my hair, skin and nails. I have noticed that ever since I started taking 1 biotin vitamin (or about 500 micrograms) a day my hair has become longer & shinier, my skin has become clearer and my nails have become stronger. Obsessed!

Fish Oil There are so many benefits to fish oil that I could write a whole separate blog post about it. Fish oil contains omega-3 which is also great for healthy hair, skin and nails. However, it will also support your heart and blood systems. Some of the other benefits include helping with depression, preventing painful periods, and lowering cholesterol. I take 1 fish oil vitamin a day (or about 1-2 grams). 

BioCell Collagen II  This is a 100% natural dietary supplement. BioCell Collagen II focuses mainly on bone health, cartilage health, and skin health. This supplement also contains collagen which has anti aging affects (preventing wrinkles now). It is important to take collagen especially if you expose your skin to the sun or even if you tan indoors, which accelerates the aging of the skin. It is recommended that you take two supplements twice a day preferably on an empty stomach. 

Green Vibrance Just added this to my daily vitamins list (not pictured) and I am obsessed! Love having one of supplements a day because of all the organic greens, freeze-dried grass juices, and concentrated super foods it contains! I know that I don’t always consume all the daily greens I should, and this supplement contains a lot of the vitamins & nutrients I missing out on. Of course, this vitamin is not meant to replace the real veggies and fruits already in your diet but rather help you! Oh and if you are into smoothies you can add this vitamin in powder form

Remember these are not the only vitamins available! The ones I listed are just the ones I happen to take. There are other important vitamins you can take such as iron, zinc, vitamin D, resveratrol, calcium-magnesium, probiotic and more! Be sure to talk with your doctor and do your research on what vitamins may be best suited for you!
